Popular Nigerian comedian and event promoter, Ayo Makun better known as AY has reacted to the ban of social media app, Twitter by the federal government.
The suspension of Twitter has sparked an outrage among Nigerians with most of them slamming the leadership for making a needless move after Buhari’s speech was deleted by Twitter.
Taking to his Instagram page, AY blasted the government over misplaced priorities as they are rather focusing on suspending Twitter than dealing with problems that is taking the lives of citizens.
He beckoned federal government to find a quick response to Boko Haram, insecurity and poverty to see them banned in Nigeria like they did to Twitter.
In the same spirit of rapid response, can we also wake up to the news that Boko Haram, insecurity, and poverty have been banned in Nigeria? Misplaced priorities.
Instead of scheduling your priorities around our lives, you have scheduled our lives around your priorities.
His followers reacted saying;
Not possible because they know what they are doing…. Any thing to shut the people up
How is it that the black race cannot govern themselves without show of force, corruption, dictatorship and tyranny ? It is really sad

Totally misplace of priority. People are dying everyday but Lar Mohammed don’t address the nation because it is normal. When people attack their government, he runs like Usain Bolt to talk about it.. Yeye government…
