Hours After Osinbajo Apologized to Nigerians, Check what Aisha Yesufu told him that got Reactions

Yesterday Night, the Vice President finally tendered an apology to all Nigerians. He posted the apology on his official Twitter account, and told Nigerians of the Progress that they have made concerning the SARS movement.

He told Nigerians that, the government is aware of their plight, and they are working with all the necessary authorities to make sure that, they bring the right change that the people are yearning for. Here is a screenshot of his tweets.

Yemi Osinbajo, was blasted by so many individuals for keeping quite for a long time, before speaking up. Aisha Yesufu who has been one of the pioneers of the Movement, replied Prof Yemi Osinbajo’s tweet via her official Twitter account. In her tweet, she expressed how she felt concerning the statement that the Vice president did.

She told Prof Yemi Osinbajo that, he kept quiet and watched while innocent civilians were being killed and he did nothing. She went further to explain how the police and soldiers were killing and attacking innocent Protesters in front of the National assembly , and he still kept quiet. And she also talked about how hoodlums were sent to attack Protesters.

Aisha is not the only person that was not happy about the Vice President’s tweet. So many other Twitter users were also displeased with the fact that, Police are still shooting at Protesters, despite all the warmings that the Federal Goverment has given.
