Nnamdi Kanu is Alive, Not Dead”: Kemi Olunloyo Retracted Her Initial Death Claim


Nigerian controversial medical journalist Kemi Olunloyo has retracted her initial claim that suggest the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has died in Italy where he was hospitalized.

The trained pharmacy and daughter of an ex-Oyo governor has however, tweeted again to announce that Nnamdi Kanu is alive and has was never in Italy talk more of being hospitalized. The self acclaimed “Nigerian best investigative journalist” said she was awake all through the night to get her fact and can now confirm that, the IPOB leader is not deaf.

“#BREAKING After investigating all night, I am letting everyone know that Nnamdi Kanu is ALIVE and well. He was NEVER in Italy let alone hospitalized. I also spoke to close friends of Kanu including my brother @realFFK who confirmed the same and has spoken to Mazi Kanu

Recall that Kemi Olunloyo had earlier tweeted about suspected death of the IPOB leader and the tweet generated a lot of controversies.

“#BREAKING Reports that Nnamdi Kanu has died. This is one strong news I cannot authenticate. Kanu or IPOB will have to debunk this. I hope he’s fine. Good luck to everyone 😢”
