Is Usher Raymond Married?

Usher is definitely a married man. Not only is he married, he has kids too. The R&B singer was first married to his first wife Tameka Foster, an American wardrobe stylist. Usher proposed to Tameka in January 2007 and got engaged to her the following month. They, however, got married on August the same year in a private ceremony. Tameka had two sons for Usher. Their first son Usher Raymond V was born in November 2007 while the second Naviyd Ely Raymond was born in December 2008.

Usher filed for a divorce from his first wife Tameka in June 2009 citing irreconcilable differences. The two had earlier planned to have an elaborate wedding in Atlanta but called it off and chose to get wedded while on vacation in Cuba in 2015. Despite the fact that Usher is 8 years younger than his wife, the two got along quite well until 2018 when they divorced.

According to the Celebrity net worth portal, the American singer/songwriter is worth $180 million. The 42-year-old singer has sold more than 75 million records globally so far. As a result, this makes him one of the best-selling artists of all time.
