Is Garrett Hilbert Dead or Alive?
In response to the inquiry, “Is Garrett Hilbert deceased?” no one near enough to corroborate or deny the news is available to do so.
However, on the one hand, various outlets have been reporting Garrett Hilbert’s death, which may have been caused by either a vehicle accident or cancer.
Asked on Twitter by Kry (coms open): “Did he get through?” According to one person, “There have been no official comments; it appears to be reported.” “It’s only rumored that we don’t know,” one person said.
Mr. Hilbert liked this post on September 11th, according to an unidentified Twitter user. He liked a post on Twitter from yesterday, according to “Fake bro, check his Twitter likes.”
In response to a user’s question: “Is Garrett Hilbert dead??” an unknown account responded. As soon as I finished reading an article on the subject, someone erased the post I was commenting on while I was still talking to them. His account has vanished from my view.”
Because of Garrett Hilbert’s death, none of the members of this band have posted anything to their social media accounts. However, it is known that the band retweeted a fan’s post on Friday, Sept. 10, proving that they are active on the platform.
However, it should be noted that on September 8th, social media users claimed that Mr. Hilbert had truly died in a car accident and had actually passed away on September 8th.
All Good Here” — Garrett Hilbert Puts Rumors of His Death to Rest
The disappearance of Dude Perfect’s Garrett has left many wondering what happened to him. Some fans are disturbed about rumours that Garrett Hilbert has passed away. Someone on Twitter asked on September 12 if he had passed.
How come I’ve been seeing videos of people inquiring if Garrett from Dude Perfect has died? Someone else tweeted, “This better not be true.”.
Others, on the other hand, are doubtful, especially since there has been no formal announcement. According to another Twitter user, “I’m very positive this Garrett Hilbert death thing is a scam,” the death of Garrett Hilbert was faked.
Even after the rumor started gaining steam on social media, none of the other guys from Dude Perfect posted any kind of update on Garrett, which led more fans to worry. For his part, Garrett hasn’t tweeted since January or posted an Instagram upload since April, but he did “like” a tweet on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021. Still, fans were concerned.
Finally, Garrett himself commented on his own latest Instagram post (which he had originally shared back in April). “All good here!” He wrote. “The Aggies football team gave me a pretty good scare last night though! Hope to see y’all on tour!”
We’re going to say it’s safe to assume that Garrett is alive and well. Here’s some background on his work with Dude Perfect.
Dude Perfect was founded in 2009 by Garrett and his friends.
Four other Texas A&M students, Coby Cotton, Cody Jones, Tyler Toney and Sean Townsend joined Garrett in 2009 to form the Dude Perfect YouTube channel. They have been uploading videos ever since. The Battalion, Texas A&M’s student newspaper, reports that the group’s basketball trick shots were featured on ESPN shows like Around the Horn, SportsCenter, Sports Nation, First Take, and Pardon the Interruption in 2013.
“A free sandwich, a simple camera, and 20 ‘I can do better than you’ shots later, Dude Perfect was born,” the group explains on their website. “Obviously, when that first ball swished, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but we believe that nothing happens by accident, that God’s given us this platform for a reason, and that we have an opportunity to make an impact on the lives of countless others all around the globe.”
The group also donated money from their YouTube channel to Compassion International, a Christian-based child advocacy organization. “Above all else, our ultimate goal is to glorify Jesus Christ in everything that we do,” they say on their site. “We want to use this platform for something much bigger than us.”
Dude Perfect’s YouTube videos have been streamed billions of times.
In the first six months of their YouTube existence, they had amassed 3.3 million views, and Garrett was optimistic about the future. After college, “we still want it to last for a little while,” he said to the publication. “We don’t really know how that is going to happen, but with the way we are taking it, supporting kids and maintaining this ministry in our lives, it’s definitely going to stick with me.”
Just saying “a little bit” after college is an understatement. As of this writing, 12 years after the group’s formation (Sean is no longer a member), the group has 56.7 million subscribers on YouTube and 13.4 billion views.
“We don’t take the platform we’ve been given for granted, and we’re very humbled by the fact we have millions and millions of people who want to follow us as we have fun for a living,” Garrett told Modern Huntsman in 2019. “We don’t go a day without being grateful for that. As long as that continues, the future plan is to just continue to provide entertainment and fun for this world that has a lot of dark stuff and a lot of hate going around. Just to be that glimmer of hope and light.”
