Bailey Breedlove has gone viral on TikTok after sharing a video in which she claims security told her that her shorts were ‘too short’.
Six Flags’ Frontier City theme park in Oklahoma has responded to claims that a guest was ‘harassed’ by a security guard due to the length of her shorts.
A spokesperson for the theme park told The New York Post that Bailey Breedlove “was initially stopped because her shorts exposed a significant portion of her buttocks.”
However, she was escorted from the park “because of her behavior towards the police, our team members, and other park guests”.
“Six Flags does not body shame and did not remove this guest from Frontier City because of the length of her shorts,” the spokesperson added before arguing: “She was given multiple opportunities to change or cover-up, but refused.”

TikTok video alleges security said her shorts were ‘too short’
On Saturday (May 8th), Bailey Breedlove uploaded a video to her TikTok account @baileybreedlove970 which allegedly shows police telling her that her shorts are ‘too short’.
In the video, Bailey sits on a wall whilst a security guard comes over to her.
You can’t hear what the police are saying, but a man in the background claims: “They’re saying her shorts are too short.”
As the police ask for her ID, she says “look at what you’re doing to my daughter” and reveals her almost in tears.
The video went viral on TikTok, gaining a huge 2.6 million views, and she further elaborated on what allegedly happened in a Facebook post.
Bailey alleges what happened in a Facebook post
Before posting the video on TikTok, Bailey first posted it on Facebook with a lengthy caption in which she explains exactly what allegedly happened.
“About 7 pm my daughter was yelled at by a park police officer for rolling down a hill on her heelies right next to me, I was holding her hand. Then she proceeded to follow me and grabbed my shoulder to turn me around and proceeded to tell me my shorts were ‘too short’,” she claimed.
She then claimed that she continued to walk with her boyfriend but was followed by the officer.
“Then your incompetent manager showed up and began body shaming me. I was told I needed to go buy new shorts which I am not obligated to purchase anything I don’t want to,” she continued.
Bailey claimed that she agreed to buy new shorts but was “threatened with criminal trespassing” and “pushed and escorted toward the entrance”.
Upon attempting to leave, she claimed she was “blocked by a female officer” who “pulled out her cuffs and demanded my ID, which was allegedly when the video recording was taken.
“I was terrified I was about to go to jail over a pair of shorts. Your officers had my 11 year old daughter crying hysterically thinking her mother was about to be arrested. Your policies are vague and confusing and the way you body shame and discriminate is unlawful,” she said.
